A look at Cambrian Mountain Lodge & Cambrian Streamside Villas
Although the serious writer in me rebels against the thought of using such an overused, worn-out cliché, it’s impossible to talk about Cambrian Mountain Lodge and Cambrian Streamside Villas without saying, at least once, "location, location, location!"
The Lodge and Streamside Villas are located in Spring Creek, an impressive master-planned community right in the heart of Canmore. From virtually any point in Spring Creek, downtown Canmore is no more than a five minute stroll away; and all around are the amazing natural attractions that have made Canmore the quintessential mountain village.

CAMBRIAN STREAMSIDE VILLAS
Spring Creek’s first townhomes, Cambrian Streamside Villas comprise a limited selection of townhomes in idyllic creekside and courtyard locations. Right outside their doors is Policeman’s Creek – one of the two spring-fed creeks that border the property.
Ranging from 1,900 to 2,200 sq ft with three bedrooms or two bedrooms plus den in open concept layouts, the Villas have interior finishing options very similar to Cambrian Mountain Lodge.
To make the most of their stunning setting, the Villas have multiple patios and decks both front and back (for morning and evening exposure). Ground-level patios on the courtyard side are finished with paving stones, and creekside decks are engineered to accommodate hot tubs.
Each Cambrian Streamside Villa includes a single, tandem or double garage.
